NEW APPOINTMENTS
Fr. Saviour Saka proceeds to Rome
Fr. Saviour Saka has proceeded for further studies at the Lateran Pontifical University in Rome. Fr. Saka who has been the assistant Father In-Charge at Christ the King parish Embakasi will undertake a course in Sacred Theology of Marriage and Family.
Fr. Saka was ordained on 1st December 2017. His first appointment was as an assistant priest at St. Dominic Savio parish Mwiki where he served for one year. In December 2018 he was posted to Christ the King parish Embakasi where he has served for close to three years.
Another assistant priest for Embakasi Parish
Fr. Bernard Njuguna has been appointed as the new assistant priest at Christ the King parish Embakasi. He has been serving at Holy Rosary Catholic parish Ikinu since his ordination on 11th December 2020. He hails from St. Peter and Paul parish kiambu.
