St. Joseph the CMA Patron Day Celebrations
Over 4,000 Catholic Men Association members, CMA celebrated their Patron Saint Day (St. Joseph) on 16 th March 2019 at Queen of apostles Grounds. The main celebrant was His Lordship Bishop David Kamau.
While delivering the Homily Bishop Kamau urged the men to maintain their faith like their Patron St. Joseph and trust in God in their day to day activities, “it is important to maintain the faith in good and difficult times.” He also insisted on the importance of a man in the Family saying that men are the leaders and thus they should lead by example.
The incoming executive Archdiocesan team was also introduced to the CMA members. They will serve for the next three years.
A five-acre piece of land was given to the CMA members by His Eminence for construction of a Technical Institute which has been their dream for a long time. The official launch of the project will be on, 14th March 2020.
For now, CMA members are on a funds mobilization drive in preparation for the main Harambee that will be on the day of the launch.
