CHRIST THE KING PARISH EMBAKASI COMMISSIONS 19 MEN TO CMA DURING FAMILY DAY CELEBRATION
19 men were commissioned into the Catholic Men Association (CMA) at Christ the King Parish, Embakasi, as the parish marked their Family Day, 2025 celebration during their Feast Day of the Solemnity of Christ the King.
The Eucharistic celebration was led by Archbishop Philip Anyolo, who reminded Christians to continually align their hearts, minds, and their daily lives with Jesus Christ, acknowledging Him as the foundation of faith and discipleship.

In the homily, Monsignor Wolfgang Huber, President of Missio Munchen who was visiting the Country on a pastoral engagement, urged the faithful to embrace their identity as part of a global family of believers. He emphasized the unity of the Church and the mission shared by Christians worldwide.
The Feast of Christ the King, instituted in 1925 by Pope Pius XI, remains a significant reminder for Christians to recognize Christ as the center of life and history, the Lord who brings peace, truth, and unity to humanity.
